Michele Ryan is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries, including Film & TV, oil and gas, and SaaS. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Avelo, Michele previously held the position of Senior Management Consultant at Mattel, Inc., where advanced process improvement and operations management were key responsibilities. Prior roles encompass Director of Production Accounting at BuzzFeed and Senior Vice President of Global Operations at STX Consolidated Companies, where Michele provided essential guidance as interim CEO, CFO, and COO. With a solid foundation in financial and operational management, Michele's early career includes serving as a Senior Management Consultant and CFO/Controller at Flint Energy Services.
