Dieter Huber

Dieter Huber is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational excellence, software development, and engineering management. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at Avenga since September 2024, Dieter previously held several leadership roles at intive, including VP and Head of Global Capacity, where responsibilities included capacity planning and value chain processes across six business units. Earlier, Dieter served as VP of Engineering at KEMP Technologies, establishing a global R&D organization and implementing agile processes. Dieter's career spans prominent companies such as Corel Corporation, AVID Development GmbH, Pinnacle Systems GmbH, FAST Multimedia AG, and Softing, with notable achievements in software engineering for leading consumer video editing software. Dieter holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
