Chloe Poulter

Chloe Poulter is an accomplished design professional currently serving as the Head of Product Strategy and Principal Designer at Aveni since July 2021, where notable achievements include a 100% increase in the design team and leading a platform redesign to enhance user experience. Previous experience at IBM from September 2018 to June 2021 encompassed roles as a Designer for IBM Cloud Pak for Integration and UX Designer for multiple projects, including IBM Event Streams and IBM Hybrid DevOps & Management, where contributions involved implementing the Carbon Design System and developing new product functionalities. Chloe began the career journey at IBM Design as a Design Intern and took on leadership in design initiatives during a summer internship at Maelstrom Equinox. Early work experiences included positions at Andover Arms and Lollipop Designs Limited. Chloe earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design and Technology from Loughborough University, complementing earlier education at Richmond Upon Thames College.
