Adriano Pezzuca has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Adriano started their career at Sunrise Communications AG in 2002 as a Backoffice Administrator before moving on to become a Customer Relations Representative in Complaint Management. In 2006, they joined Microsoft as a Response Manager in Complaint Management. Afterwards, they worked at Lenovo as a Customer Satisfaction Manager and Inside Sales Support Representative. Adriano then joined Ricoh Schweiz AG, where they held various roles including Team Leader Customer Care and Manager Customer Care. In 2013, they became the Senior Manager of Technical Customer Service at Sunrise Communications AG, overseeing a large team and managing the department's profit and loss. Adriano later worked as a Senior Consultant at Humanis AG and as a Business Manager Applications Expert at Aduno Gruppe. Adriano then joined Swisscom, where they held various leadership positions including Head of Teams Major Incident & Complaint Mgmt. and Deputy Department Head. Adriano'smost recent role was as the Head of Shared Enabling & Platform Services at Swisscom.
