Mišo Krsmanović

Mišo Krsmanović has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Mišo started their career at cablex AG in 2010 as a Field Services Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Elektriker. At Elektro Engler AG, they worked as an Elektriker for a brief period in 2016. In 2017, Mišo joined Baxter International Inc. as an IT Support Engineer. Mišo then moved on to Luware AG in 2018, where they worked as a System Engineer, specializing in Microsoft Unified Communications (UC) technologies. Currently, Mišo is employed at Aveniq AG as a Senior UC System Engineer, responsible for designing, integrating, and migrating complex unified collaboration and call centre solutions. Mišo also develops and programs customer-specific UCC solutions, supports marketing and sales efforts, and provides 3rd level on-call support for messaging and unified communication services. Additionally, Mišo takes care of documentation, creates operating manuals, and handles technical project management responsibilities.

Mišo Krsmanović has a strong educational background in the field of information technology, specifically in system technology and computer science. Mišo pursued a diploma in Techniker HF Informatik (Systemtechnik) from ZbW Zentrum für berufliche Weiterbildung from 2014 to 2018. Following this, they enrolled at Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz and is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatik, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
