Vadym Ovcharenko

Vadym Ovcharenko has a range of work experience in customer service and market development roles. Vadym is currently working at Avento MT LTD as the Head of Customer Service since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Customer Service Team Manager at the same company from March 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Avento MT LTD, Vadym worked at Newtrex as a Support Team Leader from April 2019 to March 2021 and as a Customer Support Agent from January 2018 to March 2019. Prior to Newtrex, they worked at KM Media Group as the Manager of Market Development from January 2017 to December 2017 and as a Market Research Manager from August 2016 to December 2016. Vadym's earliest work experience was as a Customer Support Agent at eCall from December 2014 to December 2015.

Vadym Ovcharenko completed their education at Chernihiv Taras Shevchenko National Teachers' Training University. From 2012 to 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Linguistics.
