Shane Gillman

Mr. Gillman serves as the Director of Asset Management at Aventon where he manages and supervises property operations and lease-up strategies for all Aventon projects. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has worked with a variety of assets, including over 55,000 multi-family units in eight states and Washington, D.C. Mr. Gillman most recently served as Vice President of Marketing at Gates Hudson & Associates where he oversaw marketing, customer experience, technology, and lease-up strategies for their 22,000-unit portfolio. Prior to Gates Hudson, Mr. Gillman worked with the Bainbridge Companies in marketing and property management operations. Mr. Gillman is a graduate of the Northern Virginia Fire Academy and serves on the Board of Directors with the Northern Virginia Apartment Association.
