Westwood Fulton

Westwood Fulton serves as the associate of Finance & Investments for Aventon where he is responsible for all analyses, underwriting and research for ground-up developments, acquisitions and dispositions. He reports directly to the President of Aventon. Prior to this role, Mr. Fulton served as an Investment Analyst for Woodside Health, responsible for underwriting medical office acquisitions. In June 2018, he passed the CFA Level One exam. Additionally, he has a year of construction and development experience across several asset classes. Mr. Fulton graduated summa cum laude from Elon University with a concentration in Finance.
