Ralston Africa has a strong background in information technology support and specialization.

They started their career in 2010 as a Sales Consultant at Itec Innovate and then moved to Stowe Holdings, where they worked as a Senior Point of Sales Specialist from 2010 to 2014.

In 2014, they joined Dimension Data as a Desktop Support Engineer.

They then worked at Computacenter as a Senior First Line Analyst from 2015 to 2016.

After that, they joined Impact Radius as an Information Technology Support Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Client Success Specialist. They worked there until 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, Ralston Africa worked at Computacenter as a Second Line Support Engineer.

In 2018, they joined Impact as an Information Technology Support Specialist and stayed there until 2020.

Finally, in 2020, they joined Avenu as a Senior Information Technology Specialist.
