Jason Jogia

Jason Jogia, MBA has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2017, they became the Chief Investment Officer at Avenue Living Asset Management and also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Avenue Living Opportunity Trust. Prior to that, Jason co-founded Circuit Stream in 2016. Jason has also held positions at University of Calgary, where they were an Instructor at Haskayne School of Business and taught Real Estate Development courses. Jason has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Avondale Real Estate Capital Ltd. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Scotiabank as the Director & Group Lead for Real Estate Banking in the Prairies region. Jason'searlier experience includes working as an Account Executive at Pacific & Western Bank of Canada and as an Analyst in the Real Estate Division at TD Canada Trust.

Jason Jogia, MBA has a strong educational background in finance and business administration. Jason obtained their BComm degree in Finance from the University of Calgary between 1999 and 2004. From 2003 to 2004, they attended Maastricht University to further their studies in finance, although the degree name was not specified. In 2005 and 2006, Jason pursued a Masters in Corporate Finance at SDA Bocconi. Later, in 2010, they enrolled in the University of Calgary once again and completed their MBA with a focus on Finance. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Haskayne School of Business, expected to be completed between 2022 and 2025.
