Brooke Mahoney-Livesay

Brooke Mahoney-Livesay, CAPS, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Texas Operations at Avenue5 Residential since October 2024. Previously, Brooke held the position of Vice President of National Property Management at The Morgan Group, Inc. from March 2021 to October 2024, and served as Regional Vice President at Roscoe Property Management for a brief period in 2020. Notable tenure includes a long-standing role as Senior Regional Property Manager at Greystar from January 2008 to October 2020. Brooke has also held leadership positions at the Texas Apartment Association as VP at Large from May 2012 to May 2014 and as President of the Austin Apartment Association from June 2011 to June 2012. Earlier career experience includes working as a Regional Property Manager at Baron Property Services from June 2004 to January 2008. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 1994.
