Stephanie Stacy

Stephanie Stacy, CAPS has a strong background in the real estate industry. Stephanie began their career at Greystar in 2012 as a Community Manager, where they held that position for three years. Stephanie then transitioned to Avenue5 Residential, where they have held various roles since 2015. Stephanie worked as an Integration Specialist for two years before being promoted to Regional Manager in 2017. In 2019, they were promoted again to Vice President Operations and most recently became the Senior Vice President Operations in July 2022.

Stephanie Stacy, CAPS, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Central Washington University, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Stephanie has also obtained a certification as a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association Education Institute in August 2019.
