Danielle Holland

Danielle Holland serves as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Secretary of AVEO. Prior to joining AVEO, Ms. Holland served as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP where she advised public and private clients in a variety of industries in corporate and securities law matters, mergers and acquisitions, governance, corporate finance and other matters. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Holland taught elementary education in New York City through Teach For America. Ms. Holland received a B.A. in International Studies from Boston College and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
