Dale S. began their career in 1991 as a Sound Engineer/Producer for 38 Fresh Recording Studio in Los Angeles, CA. In 1993, they took on the role of Lead Programmer for Magnet Interactive, where they developed commercial and consumer educational and entertainment software. In 1995, they became the Director of Interactive Programming for Image Communications, where they managed software programs and accounts to deliver multimedia solutions and workflow systems. In 2016, they became the Senior Enterprise Mobility Solutions Architect for IBM, and in 2017 they were the Lead Enterprise Architect, App Development for Modis. Dale S. currently works as the Senior Tech Lead Architect for AVER, LLC, providing team management/leadership, enterprise architecture, software development, design, process management, source code programming, integrated technologies, implementation and operational support services.

Dale S. attended James Madison University from 1986 to 1990, graduating with a Bachelor of Music cum laude in the Music Industry. In 2006, they attended Georgetown University to audit a course in Natural Language Processing and Computational Linguistics.
