Aalap Patel

Aalap Patel has extensive work experience in the field of product management and engineering. Aalap most recently worked at AVer USA as the Director of Product Management starting in March 2023. Before that, they held various roles at Crestron Electronics, including Senior Manager of Product Management from July 2020 to March 2023, Senior Product Manager of DigitalMedia from July 2020 to February 2023, Product Manager of DigitalMedia from June 2017 to July 2020, and Technical Product Manager and QA Engineer from January 2015 to June 2017 and December 2008 to December 2014, respectively. Prior to their time at Crestron Electronics, Aalap worked as a Senior Test Engineer at Motorola Mobile Devices from April 2006 to November 2008. Aalap began their career as a PC Support Engineer at the Illinois Institute of Technology from July 2005 to January 2006. Aalap also gained experience as a Systems Engineer at Shaper Systems Private Limited from January 2003 to June 2004.

Aalap Patel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University in 1999-2003. Aalap then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Illinois Institute of Technology from 2004-2007.
