Steven Grogan, MBA, possesses extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as a Product Administrator at Avera Health Plans since June 2016, focusing on ACA Individual Products and previously handling provider contracting in Provider Relations. Prior roles include working at The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society in Revenue System, serving as New Business Director at Northwestern Mutual, and interning at Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center, where Steven coordinated fundraising events and contributed to a lean management project. Initial experiences include administrative roles at LinCare Inc. and Avera Sacred Heart Hospital, acquiring foundational skills in billing, data entry, and strategic planning.
