Nwayer Alshammari

Nwayer AlShammari is a seasoned HR and administration professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the HR and Admin Manager at Averda since October 2021, Nwayer previously held the same title at SBS Oceanics from December 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that, a position as Senior Principal Operation at McDermott International, Ltd was held from April 2017 to December 2019. Nwayer's career also includes serving as HR Manager at Gas & Oil Technologies - GOtech and HR Administrative at Halliburton. The early career at Shoaibi Group spanned from December 2007 to October 2013 as HR Administrative Supervisor. Nwayer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, completed from 2009 to 2012.
