Kendra Hayward

Kendra Hayward, MLRHR, SPHR, currently serves as a Total Rewards Consultant for Avery Dennison, focusing on the Materials Group North America and Recognition Programs, as well as acting as a Global Total Rewards Compensation Consultant. Previously, Kendra held the position of Total Rewards Manager at Transtar Industries, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive compensation programs and overseeing job descriptions. Earlier experience includes roles such as Compensation, Benefits, and Corporate Human Resources Manager at Ferro Corporation, Compensation Specialist at The MetroHealth System, and various recruiting positions at Exodus Integrity Services, Horizon Personnel, and Artsmarketing Services Inc. Kendra holds a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Management with a Minor in Business Administration from DePaul University.
