David Maxson has a diverse work experience that spans over 25 years. David started their career as a Senior Consultant at West Hudson in 1995, where they worked for two years. David then joined IBM Global Services as a Senior Consultant, specializing in IT strategy and business transformation. After working at IBM for two years, they moved on to become the Executive Producer at Macys.com, where they were responsible for managing web production and integrating customer service and fulfillment. In 2004, David became the Director of Web Product Management at Gateway, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience. David then joined Avery Dennison in 2007, initially serving as the Chief Strategist for Avery.com, and later as the Director of Web and Software Marketing. At Avery Dennison, they played a crucial role in enhancing consumer affinity for the brand and driving digital marketing initiatives. In 2013, David transitioned to Avery Products Corporation, where they held various senior leadership roles, including Senior Director of Digital Marketing and Software, Senior Director of Digital Product Management and User Experience, and Senior Director of Decision Sciences. Throughout their career, David has continuously focused on driving better business decisions, improving customer experiences, and maximizing return on marketing investments.

David Maxson attended Claremont McKenna College from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Following this, they pursued higher education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1992 to 1994 and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy & Operations.
