Deborah Tan

Deborah Tan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and management. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Focused Capital since October 2021 and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Avesta Ketamine and Wellness since January 2023, Deborah has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Previous roles include a Winter/Spring Intern at NextGen Growth Partners in early 2021, Product Manager at Exporta Technologies during 2020, and various positions at J.P. Morgan, including Strategy & Product Development from 2014 to 2019 and Private Wealth from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Deborah worked as a Venture Capital Associate at the University Venture Fund from 2011 to 2013. Deborah holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
