Barthalomew Sillah

Dr. Barthalomew Sillah is an entrepreneur with a background in venture capital, consulting, and biotech operations. He is Founder and Manager of Kola Global Advisors, services and consulting firm dedicated to accelerating the growth of healthcare companies. Dr. Sillah brings years of experience working with venture capital firms, family offices, health systems, international organizations, and healthcare companies to advance innovative technology through both investment and operational support.

He was the R&D operations lead and BD for Talee Bio (now Spirovant), a gene therapy company acquired by Roivant Sciences in 2019, and an External Review Committee member and Due Diligence advisor, Ben Franklin Technology Partners. He was also the Executive-in-Residence, Global Healthcare Innovation, Drexel University School of Biomedical Engineering.
