Carl Henderson

Carl Henderson currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Avetta since August 2018, where the focus is on developing personnel and supervising technical specifications for ongoing development. Prior to this role, Carl held various positions at OverNite Software, Inc., starting as Manager of Software Development and progressing to Chief Technologist, overseeing the development of significant software systems, including the ExxTend Learning™ platform. Carl's earlier career includes a tenure at Warren-Forthought as Manager of Software Development, where the LiNX™ executable for the MocKingbird® system was maintained and re-written, and at BASF, where roles included Plant Supervisor and Plant Operator, gaining valuable experience in control systems and plant operations.
