Johanna Fawson

Johanna Fawson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Johanna began their career at Ancestry.com in 1997 as a Human Resources Manager, where they worked until April 2004. Johanna then joined Boostability in February 2011 and served as the Director of Human Resources for over eight years until July 2019. Since July 2019, Johanna has been working at Avetta, initially in the role of People Operations and later transitioning to the position of Director, Global People Operations in January 2021.
