Terese Juntz

Terese Juntz, MBA, is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading organizational integration and enhancing employee experiences. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of People Experience at AVEVA since March 2021, Terese is instrumental in merging AVEVA and OSIsoft post-acquisition and overseeing a global team of over 110 professionals. Prior to this role, Terese was the Global Vice President of Human Resources at OSIsoft, where responsibilities included driving a growth mindset and managing a significant budget while responding to the COVID-19 emergency across multiple international offices. Terese also held leadership positions at Lifespace Communities, Inc., HumanGood, and SONICblue, contributing to major initiatives in M&A integration, cultural evolution, and operational efficiency. Terese Juntz holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from Oral Roberts University.
