Andy Dale

Andy Dale has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the automotive industry. Andy started their career at Eaton in 1998, where they held multiple management positions in quality, supply chain, and operations until 2012. Andy then worked as a Plant Manager at Bendix Spicer Foundation Brakes LLC from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, Andy served as the BCS US Operations Manager and BCS Director of Operations at ZF Group, where they led multiple operations in North/South America and China. Andy then joined BCS Automotive Interface Solutions as the Director of Operations from 2019 to 2020 before becoming the Vice President & General Manager Americas from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Andy is the Senior Vice President Operations at Avfuel Corporation, overseeing various departments and leading the implementation of new systems and performance improvements.

Andy Dale attended Grand Valley State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.
