Thorsten Spieker

Thorsten Spieker has a long and varied work experience. Thorsten began as a Self-Employed Software Engineer, Poker Player, and Tennis Coach in 2008. In 2011, they took on roles as a Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University and a Consultant (Intern) at Capital Markets Company (Capco). In 2012, they became a Software Developer at Oracle. From 2014 to 2017, Thorsten was an Engineering Manager at Betable, and then at Wealthfront Inc. Most recently, they have been the Director Of Engineering at Avi Medical since 2022.

Thorsten Spieker obtained a Master degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Information Systems Management between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg between 2007 and 2010.
