Alex Bacchetti

Alex Bacchetti has a diverse work experience. Currently, they serve as the Executive Lead at AVIA, where they are responsible for the operational and care transformation centers. Alex also works as an Adjunct Instructor of Finance, Marketing, and Strategic Management at The Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago.

Alex has extensive experience in healthcare consulting and management. They served as the President of JAB Solutions, LLC, where they provided consulting services to hospitals and healthcare providers. They also served as the Interim Chief Operations Officer for Population Health for a large health system.

In their role at AMITA Health, Alex held various positions, including Chief Operating Officer of AMITA Health Medical Group and VP of Business Transformation/Symphony (ERP). They were responsible for overseeing the operations, strategy, and growth of a multi-specialty group and leading the implementation activities of a system-wide ERP solution.

Alex also has experience as a co-owner of Hey Guys I Like Talking to You, LLC, and Hey Guys Comedy, a live comedy venue. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions in marketing and business development at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare and Provena Health Northern Illinois Region.

Before transitioning to the healthcare industry, Alex worked as a Director at Navigant Consulting and as a Senior Manager at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Alex Bacchetti obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1983 and 1987. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, Marketing, and Health Care Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1996 to 1999.
