Lisa Bender

Lisa Bender has a diverse work experience with a focus on client engagement and operations. Lisa joined AVIA in 2017 and held multiple roles including Director of Client Engagement since January 2022, Senior Manager of Client Engagement from March 2020 to January 2022, and Manager of Client Operations from December 2017 to March 2020. Prior to AVIA, they worked at FTI Consulting as a Senior Consultant in Health Solutions from April 2017 to December 2017 and as a Consultant in Health Solutions from August 2014 to April 2017. Lisa also gained experience as a Business Support Intern in Acute Care Marketing at Cardinal Health in 2013.

Lisa Bender received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2014. In 2017, they obtained the Resolute Hospital Billing Administration including Single Billing Office Certification from Epic.
