Aleksey Kazartsev

Aleksey Kazartsev has work experience in the field of customer support and leadership roles. Aleksey started their career as a Customer Support Specialist at Yandex.Mediaservices in June 2019 and worked there until July 2021. Aleksey then joined Aviasales in July 2021 as a Customer Support Specialist, 2nd line and held this position until July 2022. Aleksey then advanced to become the Customer Service Team Lead at Aviasales from July 2022 to October 2022. Currently, they are working as the Premium Support Team Lead at Aviasales, starting from October 2022.

Aleksey Kazartsev attended Kuban State University (KubSU) from 2016 to 2024, where they obtained their bachelor's degree in IT technologies and communication systems. In addition to their formal education, Aleksey obtained several certifications. In November 2022, they received a certification in English language from EF Standard English Test (EF SET). In February 2023, they completed the "Foundations of Project Management" course from Coursera. In March 2023, they obtained certifications for both "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project" and "Project Planning: Putting It All Together" from Coursera.
