Ryan Bruton

Ryan Bruton has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ryan is currently working at Aviat Networks as the Senior Director of Customer Solutions for the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Ryan held positions at Aviat Networks as the Senior Director and Head for Africa, and as the Senior Director of International Engineering, where they managed technical sales, network engineering design, pricing, and technical marketing for Aviat Networks across various regions.

Before joining Aviat Networks, Ryan worked at Ericsson as the FBC Head for RSSA. Ryan also has previous experience at Aviat Networks as the Director of PreSales & Marketing, International Marketing Manager, and PreSales Director for the MEA region. Additionally, they served as the Business Development Manager for Africa.

Earlier in their career, Ryan worked at Saab Grintek Technologies as the Business Development Executive and the Product Management and Training Manager. Overall, Ryan's work experience demonstrates their expertise in customer solutions, technical sales, marketing, and business development within the telecommunications industry.

Ryan Bruton earned a B.Eng degree in Electronics from Stellenbosch University from 1993 to 1997. Ryan then pursued a B.Sc Honours in Engineering with a focus on Computer networks and Antennas at the University of Pretoria from 1999 to 2000. In 2007, Ryan completed an Executive Development Program at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained a Certificate in the Oxford Strategic Innovation Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Additionally, Ryan obtained an OCSA certification from the Open Networking Foundation in 2018.
