Sadiq Ahmed Basha has a diverse range of experience in the field of business development, telecommunications, and project management.

Sadiq Ahmed started their career as a Project Trainee Engineer at Axes Technologies, where they primarily focused on developing telecom switch applications using C++ and Java.

Sadiq Ahmed then moved on to Reliance Infocom Ltd, where they worked as a Telecom Field Survey Engineer. Here, they were responsible for forecasting and planning the secondary network at the subscriber's local loop level.

After that, they joined Ahmad Nasir Al-Binali & Sons Co. as a Telecom Engineer, where they supervised OSP and ISP engineering tasks for Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) link projects.

Sadiq's next position was at Maher Mohd. Al-Saeed Company, where they worked as a Telecom Engineer. In this role, they provided operational support for global VoIP Network Management and worked with signaling protocols like SIP and operational protocols like RADIUS.

Sadiq Ahmed then transitioned to Saudi Inteltec (SKYBAND - VSAT Division) as a Customer Support Engineer. Here, they were responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and supervision of over 450 satellite nodes in Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Sadiq joined Siemens as a Bids & Project Manager, where they developed bids for rail automation, rail communication, ITS, and airport projects. Sadiq Ahmed also managed bid strategies, risk analysis, and commercial calculations.

Sadiq Ahmed'snext role was at ICAD (Innovative Contractors for Advanced Dimensions) as a Tender Department Officer. Here, they handled bidding and pre-qualification processes in the airport, rail, and ITS sectors.

Sadiq Ahmed then worked at Saudi Telecom Company (STC) as a Business Development Sr. Specialist and Advisor in Bid Management. In this role, they generated leads and opportunities for SMART ICT in utilities, smart cities, and transportation.

Following this, they served as a Business Development Manager at Sensus (Subsidiary of Xylem Inc.), where they focused on developing and executing business development activities for SENSUS Smart Metering's IoT & NB-IoT Telecom solutions.

Currently, Sadiq is working at Aviat Networks as a Business Development Director. In this position, they are responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and handling regional sales contracts and commercial activities within their assigned territory.

Sadiq Ahmed Basha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from Bangalore University. Additionally, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Telecom Software Development (PGDTSD) from Telecommunication Consultants of India Limited (TCIL) in 2001.
