Ralynn Crockett, MPA-MHRM, currently holds the positions of Human Resources Administrator at Aviation Facilities Co. (AFCO) and Chief Human Resources Officer at Edgewater Health, both since September 2022. Additionally, Ralynn serves as a Small Business Consultant at Inspiring Visions Consulting, providing guidance to startups and small businesses on effective planning and regulatory compliance since January 2020.
