Monica Mae C. Liwanag, CLSSYB has had a varied career in the technology industry, starting in 2010 with a role as a Junior Software Test Engineer at Wallem Innovative Solutions. In 2014, they moved to NarraSpark, Inc. as a Mid Test Analyst, where they were responsible for creating a testing schedule for software developments and performing tests on each feature. In 2015, they worked at Kybotech as a QA Test Lead, where they were tasked with testing software interfaces, creating QA task lists, and setting up metrics and the reporting structure for projects. Later that same year, they took on a role as a Helpdesk Operator at ServeU LLC. In 2016, they worked at Noorbank as an Admin Helpdesk, before returning to ServeU LLC as an Office Administrator. In 2018, they took on a role as a Financial Advisor at Manulife, and also worked as a Director of Sales and Team Lead Supervisor at Aviator Gear, as well as a Graphic Artist.
