Katie de Voto

Katie De Voto is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People Partners at Aviatrix, Katie is instrumental in shaping the company's people strategy amidst its mission to simplify cloud networking. Previously, Katie held the position of Director, HRBP at Paxos and contributed significantly to Cars.com as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, overseeing HR functions for a large workforce and a team of executives. At Outcome Health, Katie played a pivotal role as an HR Director during a period of rapid expansion. Earlier career stages included managing national account HR operations for Adecco Employment Services, showcasing diverse competencies that span organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Katie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications from Hope College.
