Varun Sarolkar

Varun Sarolkar is a seasoned Cloud Networking Engineer with extensive experience in designing and configuring cloud solutions. Currently at Aviatrix since June 2020, Varun specializes in creating high-availability connections across multiple cloud platforms, configuring transit gateways, and implementing security measures using advanced firewall technologies. Prior to this role, Varun served as an Azure Network Engineer at Mindtree, where responsibilities included designing Azure resources, facilitating network migrations, and providing backup and disaster recovery solutions. Varun began a career in the telecommunications sector at Tata Communications Transformation Services Limited, focusing on network design and support. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Pune and a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington.
