Vaughn Copeland

Vaughn Copeland is a seasoned engineer currently serving as the Lead Controls Engineer for the CTL Bravo Pharma Team at Avid Solutions since October 2023. Prior to this role, Vaughn worked as a Field Application Engineer 3 at Thermo Fisher Scientific from June 2021 to October 2023 and as a Process Control Engineer at Stadtwerke Schwedt GmbH from March 2019 to August 2021. Vaughn's experience includes self-employment as a Project Manager from April 2016 to March 2019 and a tenure as Rosemount Field Service Technician at Emerson Process Management from April 2013 to April 2016. With a background in avionics, Vaughn served in the United States Air Force from June 2001 to March 2013, notably as an F-16 Avionics Craftsman and a member of the USAF Air Demo Team Thunderbirds Avionics. Vaughn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University, as well as an Associate's degree in Applied Avionics from the Community College of the Air Force.
