Charlie Raynsford has extensive experience in technical support and customer care, currently serving as Regional Support Manager for the UK, Ireland, Nordics, India, and Israel at Avid since September 2007. Charlie has held several key positions at Avid, including EMEA Situation and Customer Care Manager, EMEA Situation Manager, EMEA Customer Support Manager, Enterprise Manager EMEA CS, and Escalation Manager EMEA. Prior to Avid, Charlie worked at Dynatech Video Group as Technical Support Manager from 1991 to 1999, at Croma Research as Support Manager from 1985 to 1989, and served as Weapons and Avionics Engineer at MOD (PE) from 1981 to 1985.
