Mikael Axenstig

Mikael Axenstig has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Mikael is currently the Head of Treasury at Avida Finans AB, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at SBAB, where they held roles in Treasury and Risk Analysis from October 2020 to March 2023. Before joining SBAB, Mikael worked at SEK Svensk Exportkredit, where they were an Associate Director in Treasury from September 2017 to October 2020. Mikael also had a previous role as a Risk Analyst at SEK from September 2008 to August 2017. Mikael began their career at Ford Motor Company as a Project Control Engineer from May 2007 to August 2008.

Mikael Axenstig pursued their education at Chalmers University of Technology from 2001 to 2006. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Elektroteknik.
