Karla Cruz

Karla Cruz, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting from 2006, they served as a General Manager at Asqew Grill for two years. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Corporate Account Manager at Dryfast. In 2013, Karla joined GE Current, a Daintree company, as an A/R Analyst & Sales Order Administrator. Following that, from 2015 to 2017, they were a Finance Consultant at Bay Area Accountants Inc. Karla then transitioned to Bridge Bank in 2017, where they first worked as a Portfolio Analyst in Technology Banking and later became a Senior Credit Risk Analyst. Since 2019, they have been associated with Avidbank, initially as a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Venture Lending Group. Karla progressed to become the AVP Portfolio Manager, Team Leader, and subsequently the Vice President Portfolio Management, Team Leader, demonstrating their leadership abilities.

Karla Cruz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. In addition, they accomplished the HBX - Credential of Readiness (CORe) Certificate program at Harvard Business School Online in 2016. This program focused on Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting. Prior to their MBA, Karla Cruz earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a minor in Finance from San Francisco State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Karla'seducation began at City College of San Francisco from 2004 to 2006, where they completed their general education requirements.
