Marta Malolepsza-Madureira

Marta Malolepsza-Madureira serves as the Global Strategic Sourcing Leader at Avient Corporation since May 2019, where responsibilities include leading TiO2 sourcing on a global scale and establishing strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Manager at Kronospan from November 2017 to May 2019, as well as roles at Ampacet Corporation as Laboratory Manager and Development Chemist in the Technical and Innovation Department from April 2016 to November 2017. Marta also held the position of Project Engineer at World Natural Care from January 2013 to January 2016 and completed a research internship in the Nanotechnology Department at Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V. in Germany during the summer of 2012, focusing on nanoparticle generation. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Chemical Technology from Poznan University of Technology and studies at Universidad de Jaén.
