Mike Sambrook

Mike Sambrook has extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Avient Corporation since May 2012. In this role, Mike leads a global team of IP professionals and provides legal support for Avient's worldwide businesses. Previous positions include Senior Counsel at Avient, Senior Counsel for PolyOne's Specialty Engineered Materials segment, and in-house legal counsel at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and Cardinal Health. Mike has also worked as an Associate at Ocean Tomo, LLC, and held roles at The Procter & Gamble Company and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
