Swathi Rai

Swathi Rai is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Avientek since February 2023. Prior to this role, Swathi worked as a Human Resources Executive at William Penn (P) Ltd from July 2021 to February 2023, and at Ace Micromatic Group from June 2019 to July 2020. Swathi's career in human resources began as a Human Resources Coordinator at Manipal Hospitals from June 2017 to May 2019.
