Colleen Kerr

Colleen Kerr, Ph.D., ACC, currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member in the School of Professional Studies at Avila University, teaching Innovation & Creativity within the Organizational Development Graduate Program. With extensive experience in talent and career management, Colleen holds the position of North American Market Leader at Right Management, where responsibilities include coaching professionals in transition and mentoring other coaches. Colleen is also the Principal at Cogent Leadership Consulting and previously worked at KPMG US, developing HR strategies, and at Right Management as a Senior Management Consultant and Executive Coach. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Organizational Development & Change and an MBA in Organizational Behavior, along with multiple roles in career advising and executive recruiting throughout a diverse professional journey.
