Terje Orskaug

Terje Orskaug has extensive experience in the aviation and technology sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Infrastructure and Ground Services for the Avinor Drone Program and previously in various managerial roles focusing on passenger experience, technology, and customer service within Avinor. Key responsibilities have included developing customer strategies, enhancing digital customer journeys, managing customer service operations at a corporate level, and overseeing service operations across major airports. Prior experience includes directorship within the security and safety business unit at Gamma Medica-Ideas, and product management roles focusing on security scanning and medical imaging at Ideas ASA. Educational qualifications include a Master of Management from Macquarie Business School and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, along with military training as a Second Lieutenant in tank command.
