Michelle Shableski

Michelle Shableski has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to project management, program management, and marketing. Michelle is currently working at Avionos as the Sr. Director and Project Management Discipline Lead, where they oversee project planning, client accounts, team leadership, and financial performance. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Veracity Consulting Group, LLC, a Partner in Program Management at ICF Next, and a Program Director at ICF Olson. Michelle also has experience working at Ironworks Consulting, AvenueA | Razorfish, Discovery Communications, and Brassey's Inc. Michelle has demonstrated expertise in process improvement, risk management, and managing client relationships.

Michelle Shableski holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Politics from The Catholic University of America. Michelle also obtained a Certificate in Web Design from the Corcoran College of Art & Design. Additionally, they have completed the Adobe Campaign Bootcamp in October 2015, became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance in June 2015, and obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in July 2012. These certifications further enhance Michelle's education and skills in web design, project management, and digital marketing.
