Kimberly Caparrelli

Kimberly Caparrelli, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Senior Manager of HR Transformation at Avis Budget Group, a position held since August 2022, following a role as Manager of Labor Relations Projects at UNFI from July 2020 to August 2022. Prior experience includes working at General Dynamics Electric Boat as a Workers Compensation Specialist and Process Improvement Engineer in Human Resources & Administration from March 2018 to July 2020. Kimberly began their career at Vincent Porcaro, INC., where responsibilities included serving as Human Resources Manager and Administrative Support Manager from October 2013 to January 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of Rhode Island, an HR Transformation Certificate from Cornell University, a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Human Resources, and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, among others.
