Nathalie Gagnon

Nathalie Gagnon possesses over 30 years of extensive experience in real estate management, project management, and workplace strategy implementation. Currently serving as Principal Senior Director of Project Management at Avison Young since August 2010, Nathalie has developed a diverse expertise by representing all parties involved in real estate transactions throughout her career. Prior roles include Regional Manager at Colliers International, where Nathalie established the real estate management division across Quebec, Eastern Ontario, and the Maritimes, and Senior Property Manager at Arcturus Realty Corporation, overseeing property managers and financial reporting. Earlier experience includes managing significant commercial properties for Concordia University at O&Y Enterprise and leading property operations at Paseo Gestion Immobilière. Nathalie's educational background includes certification as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from REIC.
