Joy Todd

Joy Todd, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBA has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Joy currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at AVI Systems, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Banner Engineering where they progressively advanced in their roles. Joy was the Senior Director of Global Human Resources from February 2018 to August 2023, the Director of Human Resources from December 2011 to February 2018, the Human Resources Manager from January 2005 to December 2011, and started their career at Banner Engineering as a Human Resources Generalist from March 2003 to January 2005. Before joining Banner Engineering, Joy worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the State of MN - Dept of Administration from 1999 to 2003.

Joy Todd, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBA, graduated from Tartan High School in 1990. Joy then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completing their studies in 1994. In 2002, Joy obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. In 2008, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they achieved the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
