Lily Fowler

AVP, Mental Health Services at Aviva

Lily has been providing social services to adults, children and families for 28 years. Her introduction to the helping professions came when she worked at a Board in Care for the adult chronically-mentally-ill population. She has experience providing Early Prevention work with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Sexual Assault Prevention & Education and Sexual Assault Crisis Response at The

Sexual Assault Crisis Agency.

Prior to coming to Aviva, Lily provided Crisis Intervention and Stabilization to youth at College Hospital Cerritos, served as a therapist and then Lead Therapist at Drew Child Development Corp as a Program Manager for CA Department of Mental Health clients at Amanecer Community Counseling

Services. She oversaw programs with the California Department of Mental Health and contracts with L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services as Director at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services.

Lily holds a master’s degree. in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Pan African Studies from California State University, Northridge. Lily is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and serves on various committees and planning teams at her daughter’s school and is a ‘dance mom.’
