David Jones

David Jones is a seasoned data scientist and economist with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Aviva since February 2022, David previously held the position of Senior Economist at Oxford Economics. Prior roles include Senior Research Associate at the University of East Anglia, where David contributed to projects for the European Commission, and a reward analyst at Unilever, where David focused on expatriate reward projects. David co-founded Thanks and Recognition, developing algorithms for performance management solutions. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Economics and multiple advanced degrees in Economics and Mathematics from esteemed institutions such as the University of East Anglia and the University of Cambridge.
